She took the throne after her half brother Edward VI.
She was Catholic.
England became alliances with Spain during her reign.
She reigned during a time when Protestants and Catholics were not getting along.
She exlied Protestants.
She was a good ruler if you were Catholic, however if you were not she wasnt that good.
